We’re seeking a Community Manager to lead operations at Stockland Halcyon Glades, located in Caboolture, our vibrant over-50s lifestyle community.

What you’ll do
At this well-established community, complete with top-tier amenities, you’ll be the heartbeat of the homeowner experience. Your role will be hands-on, people-focused, and purpose-driven.
- Be the go-to for homeowner queries and concerns—responding promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Own front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including office admin and record keeping.
- Keep a sharp eye on financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance both experience and profitability.
- Champion a risk-aware culture by engaging in operational risk training and ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations.
- Support and lead community activities—from inductions and wellness programs to events and functions that bring people together.

- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion, with the maturity to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
