Are you passionate about quality and digital transformation? As an Inhouse Consultant for Quality Management, you will shape innovative QM solutions with a focus on SAP and bring your consulting expertise to optimize global processes.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for eQMS and related quality systems (SAP QM, MES, LIMS, PLM).
Consult and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs
Analyze and model quality processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, and AI-driven optimization
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, EMA, ISO) and data integrity standards
Support the integration of eQMS with enterprise platforms such as SAP, MES, LIMS, and PLM
Deliver training and change management support for global users, including the rollout of AI-enabled tools
Manage external service providers and coordinate implementation projects
Monitor system adoption and derive continuous improvement initiatives based on process data and AI insights
Stay informed about regulatory developments and trends in digital quality solutions and AI in the life sciences sector
What will convince us
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting eQMS or similar quality systems
Deep expertise in SAP QM and familiarity with systems such as MES, LIMS, and PLM
Strong understanding of quality processes (document management, CAPA, deviations, change control, training, audits)
Proven consulting and project management experience, ideally in an international environment
Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as natural language processing, predictive analytics, or process automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
