Job Description:

The overall purpose of the Group Risk & Compliance (“GRC”) function is to protect the Group brand and to support the successful execution of the Group’s business strategy through the delivery of an integrated risk and compliance culture and programme across the Group. GRC’s mandate extends to all Business and Operational Support Units across the IQ-EQ Group, including all domestic and international subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated entities.

What you'll do 

  • You'll lead and challenge the periodic Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting process, ensuring timely data uploads to MetricStream, clear articulation of issues, and SMART action tracking and escalation across Clusters.
  • You'll produce and enhance structured Risk Reports and dashboards, delivering high-quality insights to senior management and Governance Committees, while continuously improving the scope and timeliness of GRC reporting.
  • You'll collaborate closely with Risk & Compliance teams across the Group, supporting the Head of GRC Strategy & Operations and Governance & Operations Director to advance the GRC agenda and foster a strong risk culture.
  • You'll drive the implementation and evolution of GRC systems and processes, including maintaining and developing Power BI dashboards, and ensuring reporting deadlines are met across business areas.
  • You'll demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, a constructive mindset, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to build trusted relationships and high-performing teams with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications:

ABOUT YOU

  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective engagement across all levels.
  • You bring strong organisational, analytical, and monitoring skills, enabling you to manage complex risk data and reporting processes efficiently.
  • You have experience in Enterprise or Operational Risk, with exposure to risk events, KRIs, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
  • You understand the dynamics of Funds and/or Fiduciary operations, applying this knowledge to enhance risk oversight and control frameworks.
  • You demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to interpret risk trends and support continuous improvement in risk reporting.
