A lovely family near Mount Carmel seeks a one-time sitter for their 4.5 year old in December. Care is needed December 3rd, 4th and 5th from 10am to 5:30pm. The child is happy, talkative, and enjoys engaging play. They have allergies to tree nuts and sesame; an EpiPen will be available. A great candidate will be cheerful, engaging, communicative, and safety-focused.

Schedule:
- Wednesday, December 3rd, 10am-5:30pm
- Thursday, December 4th, 10am-5:30pm
- Friday, December 5th, 10am-5:30pm
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour + gas reimbursement for transporting the child
Responsibilities
- Drive the child to and from classes (no more than 10 minutes away)
- Engage in activities such as arts and crafts and local park visits (weather permitting)
- Prepare snacks and manage meal times
- Tidy up the child’s toys and activity areas
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience
- CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide 2 childcare-related professional references
- Ability to pass a background check and social media screening
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle to transport the child + clean driving record
Compensation:
This position pays $30-$35 per hour, and the family is looking for 3 day of care in December (3rd, 4th and 5th).
