Job Description

The Position

The HR Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic HR projects that align with organizational goals. This role ensures timely delivery of HR initiatives such as internal and external projects while managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.

  • Liaise with HR teams, senior leadership, and external vendors.

Risk & Compliance

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track milestones and deliverables.

  • Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations for leadership.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices.

  • Leverage HR technology solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (PMP preferred).

  • 5–7 years of HR experience and proven project management expertise.

  • Strong knowledge of Project management practices.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
