Collaboration is central to your responsibilities, as you will work closely with structural engineers, BIM Managers, and Project Managers to refine, review, and coordinate models and drawings. Planning and managing detailed work plans to meet project milestones will be essential, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all documentation related to civil structures.

In this role, you will also champion BIM excellence by upholding Arcadis, local, and national standards—including ISO 19650 protocols—for information management and modeling across all projects. You will continuously seek opportunities to drive technical innovation, reviewing and recommending new software and workflows to support digital transformation and improve efficiency. Engaging proactively with both internal and external stakeholders, you will communicate progress, resolve issues as they arise, and celebrate project achievements, helping to build strong, lasting relationships that contribute to project success.
