As our Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams.

Your impact?
Through your proactive support and problem-solving skills, you’ll help create a seamless customer journey. Your work will strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty, making interactions easier and more efficient for our clients.

 

You’ll collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, and Technical Support and take ownership of handling inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues promptly. By doing so, you’ll help us move toward a more customer-centric and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Act as the main contact for customer orders in the EMEA region
  • Check incoming orders for accuracy, including pricing, delivery terms, and product availability
  • Coordinate with our global manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery
  • Confirm orders, answer customer questions, and provide updates
  • Support internal teams and external sales with all aspects of order processing

What We're Looking For

 

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while being a great team player
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
  • Experience with SAP (including EDI) and MS Office tools
  • Excellent English skills; other European languages are a plus
