About the role

• Analyse thematic risk and compliance issues, incidents, breaches, and losses, and escalate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop tools, templates, and documentation to support consistent application of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Support and monitor remedial actions, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of operational loss/compliance incidents.
• Facilitate risk and control assessments, advise the business on risk/compliance processes, and guide action plans.
• Prepare reports on risk and compliance performance and implement the Line 1 control assurance program.

About you

• Demonstrated experience as an analyst in a relevant discipline (risk/compliance/audit) within financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of control design and operating effectiveness.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret diverse data, identify trends, and inform decisions.
• Ability to analyse complex information, generate insights, and evaluate options for sound decision-making.
• Effective planning, prioritisation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and engage stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
