This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR operations, a commitment to excellence, and the emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR data management.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
- Support company-wide initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and organizational change.
- Assist with performance reviews, calibration, and compensation recommendations in line with corporate guidelines.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to People analytics efforts to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with HR systems and tools is preferred.
