Discuss, review, and monitor the construction methodology applied by Construction Managers to ensure it is effective, efficient, and aligned with company standards and project requirements.Oversee the assignment and management of the Owner’s Representatives Team across all active projects, ensuring each project is adequately staffed and all team members understand and adhere to company standards and procedures. Review and question all project schedules, reports, and execution strategies provided by Construction Managers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company goals.Ensure all Construction Managers maintain a thorough understanding of their projects’ schedules, drawings, design documents, progress updates, and critical path items, as well as other essential project requirements.Travel regularly to project sites to validate construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.Ensure contractors and Construction Managers comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.Oversee and monitor project execution across multiple sites, holding Construction Managers accountable for milestones and deliverables.Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues across projects, and challenge project teams to propose corrective actions.Act as the escalation point for project issues, ensuring swift resolution with Project Directors and other stakeholders.Consolidate project performance updates into executive-level reporting for leadership review.Support the continuous improvement of construction processes, standards, and operating procedures.
