What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with a design team to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Supporting product development through design input, analysis, and testing
- Creating and executing test plans using a range of power supplies (low voltage DC, high voltage AC/DC, and 120–690Vac mains)
- Documenting project work including sketches, specifications, and design journals
- Participating in prototype construction and testing activities
- Learning new tools and techniques through onboarding, training, and hands-on experience
- Contributing to project planning and tracking to meet performance, quality, and cost goals
- Working closely with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with all standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience in power electronics, variable frequency drives, or related areas
- Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, and test setups
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to a safety-first culture
- Familiarity with engineering tools like MatLab, Pspice, and simulation platforms
- Comfortable working with PC-based equipment and peripherals
- Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a team environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000- 85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
