We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to help standardize and elevate clinical education across our system.
Position Summary
The Clinical Educator plays a key role in strengthening clinical quality and staff readiness across the health system. This position is responsible for leading standardized education, onboarding programs, knowledge transition processes, and competency development for assigned service lines. Working collaboratively with clinical leaders, unit educators, and our competency management team, the Clinical Educator ensures evidence-based practice, consistent training delivery, and continuous professional development across all care sites.
- Education: Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 6 years related experience
- Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Remote (must live in ID, OR, AZ, UT or VA)
