HOURS:   M-F:  7:00AM-5:00PM CST 

LOCATION:  1727 Chestnut Ave, Glenview, IL 60025 

What You’ll Do

• Create a positive, memorable experience for every customer.
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Sell services and parts, prepare accurate estimates, and obtain approvals.
• Manage scheduling, track vehicles, and maintain detailed work order notes.
• Support shop operations with flexibility and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
• Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
• Strong customer service skills.
• MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
