- Coordinate across creative, content, digital, other departments, and external vendors to ensure projects continue to advance according to established timelines.
- Maintain Marketing calendars, budgets, and asset libraries.
- Bring structure, accountability, and organization to a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Assist with marketing automation workflows, analytics, and administrative tasks.

- Mortgage or financial services experience preferred.
- Experience supporting rebranding initiatives and transformations preferred.

Education / Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication preferred.
Working Conditions:
