We are seeking a senior lean process improvement coach/consultant who is ready to help our organization through change. As a Senior Lean Continuous Improvement Coach/Consultant, you'll drive enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence. Using your expertise in Lean methodologies, business process reengineering, and value stream mapping, you'll lead complex improvement initiatives, facilitate dynamic workshops, and deliver innovative solutions that advance organizational goals. You will report to the Senior Manager of Lean Continuous Improvement and have the opportunity to inspire change at every level through impactful storytelling, facilitation, and public speaking. You'll also help shape enterprise Lean learning programs, leverage GenAI tools for scalable improvement, and build systems that foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Essential Job Functions :
Process Improvement Leadership
Lead, manage, and facilitate large-scale, cross-functional Lean process improvement projects focused on optimizing enterprise workflows, eliminating waste, and enhancing quality and performance.
Conduct in-depth process assessments and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies, uncover pain points, and design sustainable solutions aligned with business capabilities.
Connect process improvements to strategic objectives, ensuring ongoing process health across the organization.
Facilitation, Storytelling & Public Speaking
Design & deliver dynamic workshops, trainings, and executive presentations, using advanced facilitation and public speaking skills to inspire and educate diverse audiences.
Use storytelling to illustrate complex concepts and drive engagement, helping team members understand the value and necessity of change.
Influence teams and leaders to embrace Lean practices and cultural transformation.
Stakeholder Partnership & Change Influence
Collaborate with business, technology, and operational leaders to drive adoption of Lean solutions and ensure successful change management.
Influence and coach teams at all levels through facilitation, relationship-building, and, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Measurement & Innovation
Develop and implement frameworks for tracking performance metrics (KPIs), analyzing process health, and driving continuous refinement.
Evaluate and innovate existing tools and approaches, recommending improvements informed by business needs and industry trends.
Mentoring & Thought Leadership
Mentor and coach junior team members in Lean methodologies, facilitation strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
Champion Lean best practices, bring innovative ideas, and support the team's continuous development and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields or equivalent education, training, or experience.
4-6 years in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence roles, with a proven record leading cross-functional or enterprise projects.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean principles (including value stream mapping), process mapping, and business process reengineering.
Demonstrated capability influencing and leading organizational change efforts.
A track record of engaging stakeholders.
History mentoring and coaching business process improvement teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean/Six Sigma Certification

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.
Base Pay Range: $109,984.90 - $135,863.70 Per YearFlex-Hybrid Work Environment:
Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
