What You'll Do
Lead the tracking and governance of the SAMEA Bet Board, ensuring critical initiatives are on course, measured, and continuously optimized
Build playbooks on product feature marketing, user engagement, and lifecycle usage strategies across SAMEA
Contribute to the long-tail markets agenda, helping design and monitor light-touch growth strategies and advocacy programs for emerging markets
Maintain the operational cadence for the SAMEA Strategy & Ops team — driving quarterly reviews, leadership updates, and alignment across markets
Manage and coordinate cross-market strategic projects, enabling collaboration across South Asia, MENAP, and Sub-Saharan Africa
Support the SAMEA learning and knowledge initiatives, and help share best practices and playbooks across markets of SAMEA
Partner with the Insights & Product Regionalisation and Product Marketing & GTM teams to integrate data, insights, and outcomes into strategic planning cycles
Contribute to building a culture of learning and operational excellence across SAMEA, ensuring processes, reviews, and knowledge systems run with consistency and clarity
Track and report on the key performance metrics against the key programs across SAMEA, and to inform strategic decision-making
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 5–8+ years of experience in strategy or product marketing - ideally within technology, media, or consumer internet sectors
A strategic thinker with strong project management skills. You bring structure, clarity and forward momentum to complex, cross-functional environments. You thrive in a global and cross cultural work environment
You are skilled at managing cross-functional projects, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail
You have experience maintaining strategic cadences, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms for leadership teams
A strong communicator, who can influence strategy with strong story-telling capabilities, and drive alignment across different functions and seniority levels to ensure the region moves toward its goals
Comfortable working with data — using tools like SQL or Tableau to run queries, and translate findings into actionable insights.
You have a natural curiosity for music, culture, and audiences, and a drive to understand what moves and motivates people across diverse markets
You are a power user of AI, know how to demonstrate it fully, and where not to use it

This role is based in Mumbai
