In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking an Accommodation & Cleaning Supervisor to join our team supporting Defence. This is a hands-on role focused on coordinating and supervising accommodation and cleaning services to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across designated sites.

About the role
Ventia is seeking a dedicated Accommodation & Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising accommodation and cleaning operations to meet contractual obligations and service delivery standards.
- Driving compliance with Ventia’s SHEQ management systems and promoting a zero-harm culture.
- Developing and maintaining cleaning schedules and auditing processes.
- Leading and developing staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About you
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve service delivery standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and safety requirements.
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result, the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check.
