Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to drive the growth of our global automotive LED driver business.
• Engage directly with customers, building mutual trust and forming strategic partnerships from the ground up.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute business strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define and develop innovative products.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong system level knowledge in LED drivers, Display backlighting and DCDC converters.
• Strong leadership experience
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
• Self motivated
