- Plan a program of study that, as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interests and abilities of the students

- Plan and supervise purposeful assignments for teacher aide(s) and volunteer(s) and, cooperatively with department heads, evaluate the job performance

- Certification: Hold an appropriate Mississippi Teaching Credential or valid emergency
certification issued by the state of Mississippi Educational Board - Other Requirements: Required references and background check
