What is the job about?

Lead the team of Material Master Data Custodians in the Global DC/Satellite Spare parts MMD team

Main responsibilities:

•     Escalate data quality and maintenance process issues to responsible Data Stewards/BPO MMD
•     Optimize Material Master Data to accomplish the right supply chain set up with regards to Segmentation, Stock Management & DC planner and order execution tasks
•     Gather and structure local, regional and global data requirements
•     Work to solve global and regional data issues
•     Alignment between local, regional and global rules
•     Coordinate training and train DC’s Global Custodians
•     Communicate changes and tasks for Sales MMD Custodians
•     Ensure training material
•     Be the representative for Data Governance
•     Give input to the definition of data attributes and data quality
•     Align on priorities and allocations with Material Master Data Manager & Global spare part Supply chain Leadership Team
•     Coordinate follow up on data quality reports
•     Participation in recruiting, hiring, resignation processes and onboarding
•     All other tasks which have been assigned by direct superior
                           

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience with proven track record in working/experience with SAP MM and BW
• English spoken and written communication skills on negotiation level
• Strong knowledge of business area and processes
• Pre leadership skills
