Summary:

 

The VP – Learning Services & Leadership Tech Enablement will lead Cognizant’s Learning Services portfolio and position the organization as a strategic advisor for clients on their Learning and Talent Transformation journeys. This role demands a strong blend of market development, and consultative selling expertise to drive growth and deliver impactful solutions. Additionally, the role will spearhead technology capability development for organizational leaders, ensuring they are equipped to lead in a digital-first world. Exceptional facilitation skills for senior leadership programs are critical.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute the vision for Cognizant’s Learning Services portfolio.

  • Position Cognizant as a trusted advisor for client learning and talent transformation initiatives.

Market Development & Growth:

  • Drive market penetration through consultative selling and solutioning.

  • Develop and nurture C-suite relationships to influence strategic decisions.

Leadership Tech Enablement:

  • Design and implement programs that build technology fluency for organizational leaders.

  • Curate and deliver immersive learning experiences leveraging emerging technologies.

Facilitation & Advisory:

  • Lead high-impact leadership workshops and executive learning sessions.

  • Act as a thought leader in learning innovation and digital enablement.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Consultative Selling: Proven ability to engage clients at senior levels and influence strategic decisions.

  • Market Development: Strong track record in building new markets and driving portfolio growth.

  • Leadership Development Expertise: Deep understanding of leadership capability building and talent transformation.

  • Technology Enablement: Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in leadership contexts.

  • Facilitation Skills: Exceptional ability to design and deliver executive learning experiences.

 

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Learning Services, Talent Transformation, or related domains.

  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and market development.

  • Strong executive presence and facilitation experience with senior leadership.

  • Exposure to technology trends and digital transformation strategies.
