The Opportunity:

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

The Supply Chain Analyst will:

  • Create and report cost of engine forecast
  • Forecast material base
  • Assist in proposal preparation
  • Assist in cost price analysis as needed
  • Run and maintain weekly/ monthly reports for buyer activities
  • Work with buyers to seek out and implement continuous improvements
  • Maintain purchasing contract matrix
  • Maintain supply chain intranet site
  • Maintain supplier portal access and data
  • Create/maintain a supplier dashboard
  • Tracking/ analysis of supplier delivery statistics
  • Track supplier risk ratings
  • Maintain supplier capabilities matrix
  • Track expedite fees by supplier/ commodity type
  • Track order acceptance for DPAS rated orders
  • Evaluate impact of GIDEP alerts
  • Data preparation for monthly/ quarterly management reviews
  • Track shipping costs by carrier
  • Track shipping priorities metrics

* This position is part of our PRO-BLUE Rotation Program for business professionals. The individual will rotate between 2-3 different disciplines, each lasting 3-6 months.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 1 - 3  years of prior related work experience
  • Must have Visual Basic VB experience
  • Must have Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.  Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
