About the role
The Content & Community Manager will shape Liminal’s editorial voice, manage the content calendar, and elevate community engagement across digital channels. This role is responsible for producing timely, high-quality content that reflects Liminal’s expertise in intelligence, cybersecurity, fraud, and financial crime. They will monitor industry trends, drive always-on content production, support social media execution, and coordinate the development of multimedia marketing assets—including videos, animations, motion tutorials, and product-driven storytelling.
The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller with strong editorial instincts, a deep understanding of timely and trending topics, and the operational discipline to keep multiple content streams moving.
What you'll do
Content Strategy and Calendar Management
- Maintain and own Liminal’s master content calendar across all channels (social, web, newsletters, campaigns, product marketing, and events).
- Track timely and trending topics across cybersecurity, digital identity, fraud, and compliance—proactively identifying opportunities for rapid-response content.
- Collaborate with the research, product marketing, sales, and events teams to align content with major announcements, releases, webinars, and conferences.
- Develop SEO-driven content frameworks—including topic clusters, keyword strategy, and competitive landscape analysis—to improve discoverability across both traditional search engines and LLM-powered search.
- Support planning and development of long-form content (whitepapers, blogs) with the research team and product marketing teams.
Social Media and Community Engagement
- Execute Liminal’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent posting, brand voice, and message alignment.
- Draft and publish content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and others.
- Monitor social engagement, identify community conversations, and surface opportunities for thought leadership participation.
- Track analytics to measure performance, recommend improvements, and guide future content decisions.
- Engage with influencers, analysts, partners, and relevant communities to expand Liminal’s reach and authority.
Multimedia Content Production
- Assist with the production and coordination of video content, including interviews, product walkthroughs, customer stories, and marketing videos.
- Partner with design and external vendors to support animation, motion graphics, and tutorial-style content.
- Manage asset organization, versioning, approvals, and delivery across marketing and product teams.
- Create short-form video clips, social-ready snippets, and promotional assets for product and event content.
Cross-Functional Workflow
- Partner with Events/Field Marketing to create promotional content for webinars, in-person events, and the annual CEO Summit.
- Work closely with the Product team to align content with product launches, feature releases, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to provide content that supports outreach, onboarding, and customer engagement.
- Maintain consistent voice, accuracy, and brand alignment across all assets.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
- Track content performance metrics—including reach, engagement, conversions, and community growth.
- Maintain a rapid-response feedback loop based on analytics.
- Identify high-performing content types and scale them across channels.
- Recommend new content formats, platforms, distribution tactics, and industry community programs.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital community management—preferably in B2B or enterprise tech.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible content.
- Familiarity with timely industry topics in cybersecurity, fraud, identity, or similar regulated markets (preferred but not required).
- Experience producing or coordinating video and motion content.
- Comfort working in high-paced environments with multiple deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with social platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic creative tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency a plus.
