We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP IBP Consultant to strengthen our internal SAP and Supply Chain transformation team. In this role, you will act as the key expert for SAP IBP across the organization, leading design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our integrated planning processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance to ensure SAP IBP delivers maximum value and supports our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Control Tower, Inventory).
• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end planning processes in alignment with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable IBP solutions and ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and surrounding systems.
• Manage and execute configuration, enhancements, planning operators, and data model adjustments.
• Ensure data quality, system performance, and overall solution reliability.
• Facilitate S&OP cycles with analytics, dashboards, and scenario planning.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business process owners, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, including new feature rollout, system upgrades, and adoption of best practices.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to internal teams and key users.
• Lead or support project workstreams, including roadmap planning and implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solid experience with SAP IBP in a consulting or inhouse role.
• Strong expertise in at least two core IBP modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization).
• Hands-on configuration and experience with planning operators, time profiles, master data, and DP/SC algorithms.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (CIF, CPI-DS, API).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics for business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Knowledge of supply chain analytics or planning optimization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
• Experience with global template rollouts.
