Job Description:We are seeking a motivated & reliable chef who is interested in developing their culinary skills within the hotel environment, whilst assisting the breakfast & lunch service. All levels of chef are welcome to apply. This is a full-time role.
Reporting to the Executive & Sous Chefs, you will be:
- Preparing to-order dishes and buffet service for our Hotel's breakfast offering;
- Preparing a-la-carte meals for our lunch service;
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality & presentation;
- Following the kitchen's opening procedures.
- Relevant trade certificate with at least one year in a similar role;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong organisational & time management skills to endure a smooth breakfast service.
