The Opportunity

Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our Skilltech team based at High Wycombe. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and payroll support across Meter Reading and Meter Exchange contracts, ensuring accurate processing of pay-related data and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. Key requirements include:

  • Certificate III in Business or Business Diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Experience in tasks such as fleet coordination, payroll backfill, INX reporting, onboarding, and work cover claim assistance.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
