Primary Function: Develops, implements, and evaluates health education and wellness programs for students in alignment with departmental goals and guidance; collaborates with colleagues within the unit and across campus to support program design and delivery; provides outreach and consultation on a range of health and wellness topics through individual and group interactions; and actively participates in division-wide and university initiatives as appropriate.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, public health, community health, communication studies, nursing, social services, behavioral sciences, or a related field; educational or work related experience in health education, health promotion, or prevention of health conditions in current health topic areas, including stress management, alcohol and other drug education, sleep, sexual health, healthy relationships, or holistic wellness; and effective communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation required. Experience in health promotion directed toward college students preferred. Student experience will be considered. Fall 2025 graduates will be considered. Degree must be conferred prior to start date. Some evening and weekend hours will be necessary.
