Catch 31 Fish House & Bar, the premier oceanfront seafood restaurant in Virginia Beach, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced seafood and top-tier guest experiences, Catch 31 is the flagship dining destination of the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

Job Functions:

• Assist the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
• Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to maintain high standards of performance.
• Oversee kitchen production and service during peak meal periods.
• Monitor food and labor costs, assisting in budget control and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support menu development, specials, and seasonal offering
