Responsibilities Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance. Manage onboarding/induction Team Vendor and Stakeholder management. Manage and close RFP’s/Pricing on time. Update current and design new recruiting procedures. Participated in recruitment audit/compliance activities Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting) HR Project Management Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques. Coordinate with department managers and leaders to forecast future hiring needs. Participate in job fairs and career events. Coordinate with senior HR and Business leadership.
