As our Senior People Systems Analyst (Oracle), you’ll be at the heart of Helping Hand’s digital transformation, ensuring we realise the full potential of our people systems, known as MyHR.
Following our system implementation, this role will be critical in taking us to the next level through optimising system functionality, effectiveness and user experience.
You’ll be part of streamlining legacy paper-based processes, configuring and launching exciting new functionality (including the Oracle HCM Talent module), and strengthening system capability across the organisation.
Your work will enhance efficiency, free up our People team to focus on what matters most, our people and improve the employee experience across every stage of the journey. As our go-to Oracle HCM expert, you'll drive the next phase of our digital transformation:
- Lead all Oracle HCM configuration and optimisation: activating the system strategy, new module rollouts (Talent, Learning, Recruitment), and continuous improvement across Core HR.
- Build internal capability by mentoring and upskilling our People team to use the system effectively, reducing vendor dependency and building long-term resilience.
- Own the technical relationship with Oracle and our vendors, managing roadmap enhancements, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring we're maximising our investment.
- Develop dashboards and reports that give leaders real insight into our people and operations
- Drive change and adoption initiatives that help our teams realise the full potential of MyHR
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Extensive hands-on experience in the administration and configuration of HR platforms, including specifically Oracle HCM .
- Proven experience implementing and enhancing HR systems and workflows.
- Strong technical understanding of Core HR, Recruitment, Learning and Talent Oracle modules.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you translate business needs into digital solutions in a way that brings stakeholders on the journey.
- High levels of initiative, organisation, and creative problem-solving skills.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Experience in aged care, health or not-for-profit environments.
- Familiarity with payroll or time and attendance systems.
- Exposure to integrating Oracle and AI-enabled HR functionality.
