Coordinator - Container Sales & Hire - Oceania - APAC bei DP World

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and report container stock levels to ensure accurate tracking and availability

• Ensure all equipment release requirements are met in a timely manner

• Arrange empty container transport and execute company container repositioning plans

• Complete invoicing and cost reporting tasks accurately and on schedule

• Assist in monitoring and reconciling hire and sales transactions in the system

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding container availability, pricing, and hire terms

• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and issuing confirmations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• 2-4 years experience in container operations, logistics coordination or supply chain administration

• Exposure to shipping lines or container depot operations

• Proven background in customer service

• Experience in financial tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders and reconciliation

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Time management and prioritization skills
