Multi-site Maintenance Technician
Location: Southern California Region (Multiple Sites)
Pay: $25–$28.50/hour (DOE) + 500$ Monthly Auto Allowance
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties across several counties. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety in their workday, thrives on solving problems quickly, and takes pride in keeping communities safe and functional. You’ll play a key role in supporting site teams by handling urgent service needs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance—wherever help is needed most.
You'll report directly to the Director of Maintenance and be part of a dynamic team that values radical transparency, teamwork, and customer-first service. If you enjoy working independently, managing multiple priorities, and traveling between sites, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to work orders across multiple properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances repairs, glass replacement,etc.)
- Complete apartment make-ready tasks and unit turnovers quickly and efficiently
- Handle occupied unit repairs with professionalism and urgency
- Support site teams with preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Occasionally assist with groundskeeping when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure company policies are met
- Represent the company with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
- Assist with other duties assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or similar
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) with two years of related experience performing gardening
- Comfortable working independently across different sites
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
- Solid knowledge of tools and safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to walk, kneel, climb, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in varied weather
