Novant Health is seeking a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse to provide non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope.The Lead LPN serves as a member of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with other team members to provide care that promotes optimal health. You’ll be the clinical anchor and a strategic collaborator—providing expert nursing care, streamlining operations, mentoring teams, and elevating quality outcomes across Urology specialty services

About Our Urology Clinic:
We specialize in diagnosing and treating urinary tract disorders, kidney stones, prostate health, bladder issues, and men’s and women’s pelvic health. Join us in providing advanced, patient-centered care that improves quality of life.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement, required. Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current LPN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specifics skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.

- Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care in every interaction.
- Manage InBasket & MyChart messages, addressing patient inquiries, symptom reports, medication questions, and follow-up concerns.
Enhance patient understanding of their diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Document all communication thoroughly while ensuring providers are notified for necessary follow-up.
Maintain safe, high-quality care according to Urology standards.
- Handle workflow challenges,patient concerns or escalations.
