RN - Registered Nurse Emergency Dept - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Pay: $2,185.20/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced team. This role is critical in providing immediate and high-quality care to patients experiencing urgent and emergent medical conditions. The RN will perform rapid assessments, deliver life-saving interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, intubation).
• Monitor vital signs and patient status, responding promptly to changes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
• Licensure: Current RN license in [State].
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (preferred)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of emergency or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and trauma care.
