About the Role
The experienced Account Executive is results-oriented and eager to grow the cybersecurity assessment portfolio at Vaultes. Communication, follow-through, and bold action set the Account Executive apart and enable the development of strong relationships with existing and prospective client accounts. The perfect candidate is not only highly qualified for the role but is also enthusiastic about growing alongside our company.
Location: Metro Washington, D.C. work from home with frequent travel to client sites and events to fulfill the duties of this position.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets, leveraging market research, networks, and referrals.
- Effectively communicate the Vaultes brand and value proposition when targeting opportunities and selling services.
- Build and maintain an accurate and detailed pipeline including projected and actual revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Work with proposal team to develop and present proposals and statements of work that align with client needs and Vaultes service offerings.
- Partner with delivery to ensure seamless client transition from sales to delivery including project kick-off and client handoff.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact post project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients ensuring a frictionless experience built on a foundation of trust.
- Stay abreast of marketplace trends to anticipate future opportunities including legislation, service gaps, pricing, and market demands.
- Participate in events and conferences to build brand presence and expand relationships.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales
3+ years of experience in B2B sales
Excellent communication skills including presentations, negotiation, discussions
You must be legally authorized to work in the USA
You must be able and willing to travel as needed to support prospective client engagement and business growth
