Audiologist – Potomac ENT (Woodbridge, VA)

Full-Time | Patient-Focused ENT & Hearing Care Team

Potomac ENT is seeking a compassionate, motivated Audiologist to join our thriving practice in Woodbridge, Virginia. We are a well-respected, community-focused ENT clinic known for exceptional patient care and a collaborative team environment. If you’re an Audiologist who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships and delivering high-quality diagnostics and hearing care, this is the role for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients

  • Conduct diagnostic testing including tympanometry, OAEs, VNG/ENG, and balance assessments

  • Fit, program, and manage hearing aids using real-ear verification and evidence-based best practices

  • Provide counseling to patients and families on hearing loss, device options, and ongoing care

  • Work closely with Potomac ENT physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless, integrated care

  • Document findings and treatment plans accurately within our EMR system

  • Participate in community education or outreach events, as needed

Qualifications


What We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree with appropriate credentials

  • Active or eligible Virginia Audiology License

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

  • Experience with hearing aid technology, fittings, and diagnostics

  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
