Position Title: Associate Staff

Launch Global is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Secondment Associate Staff member. In this role, you will be employed by Launch Global and deployed to serve with a partner organization in furtherance of the Gospel and the multiplication of healthy churches among unreached people groups. While your primary work responsibilities will be fulfilled through your seconded assignment, you will maintain an important connection to Launch Global's community, mission, and values.

Additional Job Requirements
- Maintain regular communication and accountability with Launch Global through regular check-ins with the hiring manager.
- Participation in the monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
- Maintain personal financial support in accordance with Launch Global's expectations and guidelines
- Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
