- Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, or Optical Sciences.
- Proven track record in the fields in one or more of the fields mentioned above.
- Proven experience in free-space optics.
- Advanced programming and simulation skills in Matlab, LabView, Comsol or Lumerical are highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, both under supervision and as a part of a team.
