• facility maintenance minimum of 2 years
• familiar with stick shift
• Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment.
• Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role.
• Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or until if he/she has not been trained to operate.
• Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Patrols yard and gathers debris and places in appropriate bin, i.e. trash or steel.
• Organizes facility both inside buildings as well as outside.
• Works with Parts Coordinator with proper storage of items.
• Cleans equipment.
• Paints items around facility.
• Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear.
• Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.
• Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
