Job Description

The B Level Automotive Technician is a vital role in our shop. You’ll complete repairs and services sold by the sales team and perform thorough inspections to identify additional needed repairs and services, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and maintenance services with precision and integrity.
• Inspect vehicles and quote additional needed repairs/services.
• Communicate with Service Advisors on work order status.
• Occasionally interact with customers to explain vehicle conditions.
• Assist with quality control and shop cleanliness.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed (e.g., shuttle runs, parts pickup, cleaning).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 3 current state certifications or ASE certifications: 
  • A4 – Suspension & Steering
  • A5 – Brakes
  • A6 – Heating & AC
  • A7 – Electrical Systems
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
• Own up-to-date tools required for repairs.
• Advanced diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to use computers and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication skills in English.
