What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Corporate and Operations Recruiters; set goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback and training.
- Manage workload allocation across exempt and non-exempt hiring; ensure timely service levels for intake, candidate slates, interviews, offers, and onboarding hand-offs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting for priority, hard-to-fill, or high-volume roles; provide hands-on recruiting support as needed.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to confirm staffing plans, role profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Maintain and enforce TA SOPs for requisition intake, sourcing, selection, offers, documentation, and ATS data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws; coordinate with HR and Legal as required.
- Track and report key TA metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, candidate and hiring-manager satisfaction, recruiter productivity).
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Marketing on employer brand initiatives, hiring events, and internal mobility programs.
- Identify process, training, and technology improvement opportunities; provide recommendations to the Chief People Officer.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 2 years leading recruiters or a TA team.
- Experience supporting both corporate and high-volume operations (manufacturing, warehouse, transportation) hiring.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics/reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliant hiring practices.
- Ability to lead through influence, manage multiple priorities, and drive accountability across a team.
- Willingness to travel periodically to Plant and Transportation sites; occasional evening/weekend support for hiring events.
