Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
In this role, you will be a thought partner and subject matter expert on the Trust team, focusing on collaboration, principled decision-making, and purpose. Our team partners closely with Engineering and Product Management across key product areas (e.g., Search, Assistant, Maps, Commerce, Ads) to support their ability to deliver trusted experiences for users. We are seeking individuals who will embark on this critical journey with us.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Execute on our Knowledge and Information (K&I) Trust scaled advocacy strategy, including the delivery of externalizable assets, for Google K&I products in the following areas: information literacy, sensitive content, vulnerable user journeys, and privacy.
- Provide high quality execution and delivery of key elements of our K&I Trust Go-to-Market Plans, aimed at driving K&I’s responsibility narrative, while driving improved trust sentiment.
- Support the delivery of scaled advocacy, including cohesive, evidence-based measurement of impact, as well as institutionalized feedback tracking and analysis.
- Support for and amplification of Communications/PR/Marketing efforts, via complementary stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Support side-events, roundtables, pre-briefings, etc. to ensure sustained and steady stakeholder engagement for Product teams. Development of assets, talking points, and materials on responsibility and trust in K&I products.
