Join our team supporting the Strategic Initiative Support and Analysis (SISA) program to help optimize cybersecurity service delivery, policy integration, and change management across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity requirements processes, including capability gap analysis and performance monitoring.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support USCYBERCOM operations in planning, execution, and assessment.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for multiple strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
- Prepare status reports and executive summaries on project progress and outcomes.
- Monitor and interpret DoD and Navy cybersecurity and Authorization & Assessment (A&A) policy updates.
- Support operational risk management and architectural planning for enterprise cybersecurity operations.
- Participate in program assessments, process improvements, and on-site certification reviews.
- Assist with strategic initiatives such as resource planning, performance reviews, and forecasting.
- Translate policy and operational directives into actionable technical recommendations.
- Develop and coordinate new cybersecurity policies and enterprise-level guidance.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required to start).
- IAM Level III certification in accordance with DoDD 8140/8570.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies, compliance frameworks, and RMF.
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM mission, structure, and operational priorities.
- Experience supporting ISCM and risk assessment activities.
- Demonstrated ability to perform risk analysis and support IPT decision-making.
- Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and organizational forecasting.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to brief technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing executive-level briefings, whitepapers, and decision documents.
- Prior work in DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
- Experience writing Statements of Work (SOWs) for cybersecurity projects.
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM tools and platforms.
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to translate mission needs and user inputs into technical requirements.
