Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Jeffersonville, IN 
Shift: 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night schedules. Shift assignments may vary.
Hourly Rate: $16–$21 depending on experience and shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production and assembly equipment following standard procedures
• Load and unload materials and support smooth production flow
• Perform basic quality checks and record production data
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work with team leads to meet daily production goals
• Support overtime and shift changes as needed

Requirements：

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
• Able to work assigned shift and overtime when required
• Able to travel internationally (passport or ability to obtain one)
• Must be willing to attend a 2-month paid training program in China (company covers travel, housing, and meals)

Preferred (Not Required):

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience
• Experience in automotive, electronics, or clean-room environments
