The Executive Vice President oversees all company and office operations, providing strategic leadership across both residential and commercial real estate divisions. This role focuses on driving growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage daily operations across all company offices and divisions.
• Oversee residential and commercial real estate departments to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth, agent recruitment, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all FREC and NAR regulations and company policies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to agents, brokers, and support staff.
• Promote operational efficiency, superior client service, and effective internal communication.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning, performance tracking, and organizational development.
