Job Description

The Dual Enrollment Coordinator provides academic advising to PSEO students and logistical support for operations of Central Lakes College’s K-12 Collaboration initiatives, primarily College in the Schools (CIS) and Post-Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) programs and services, and additional K-12 collaboration events that support CIS/PSEO vision. This position is responsible for supporting the oversight of all services, systems, policies, procedures, and reporting that relate to CIS and PSEO.

Salary Range:

$25.67-$35.96/hr, $53,599-75,084 annually

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of experience in college recruitment, enrollment services, or related field. Master’s degree may substitute for 18 months of experience; Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of experience; or Associate’s degree may substitute for six months of experience. Knowledge of institution and State policies and procedures and state and federal statute and regulations sufficient to ensure compliance in all facets of the academic program.

  • Knowledge of college academic and/or student programs sufficient to develop and integrate appropriate and supportive initiatives.

  • Skills in computer software applications and systems sufficient to manage, query, and analyze data and create reports and presentations for decision making. Ability to lead and facilitate group processes and encourage involvement of others.

  • Organizational skills sufficient to plan and coordinate work activities and to prioritize, schedule, and report on work projects.

Preferred Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Written and oral communication sufficient to prepare messages and materials for diverse audiences and clearly explain, discuss, and present complex ideas, regulations, policies, and/or procedures.

  • Ability to establish and maintain ongoing working relationships with college staff, faculty, and administrators.

  • Experience working with software programs, such as ISRS and Workday.

  • Ability to maintain an active, valid, and applicable Class D (basic) driver’s license.

8 hours/day, 8:00-4:30, Monday-Friday
