A luxurious boutique hotel with 18- guest rooms that blends the soul of a historic inn with modern decor and amenities, along with a fine dining restaurant and wine bar.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager.

A day in the life...

In the Maintenance Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the upkeep and maintenance of the facility. As a Noble House Engineering leader, it is your duty to ensure the facility is safe, in good working, order, and aesthetically pleasing for all guests and staff alike. This is a hands-on role. You will be a working member of the team that will perform maintenance, service internal and guest requests, and perform property projects.

Requirements

You own this if you have…

• Previous experience within Hotel Engineering as a Supervisor or Manager.
• Hands on skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general repairs is preferred.

The salary for this role will be starting at $65,000.00 annually
