IMMEDIATE HIRE - ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER – Up to $18/HR + Commissions!

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Yardi experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
- $17.00 to $18.00 an hour
- Excellent Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year

Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Rotated Saturday's 10 AM to 4 PM.
