We currently have a career opportunity for a Change Management Analyst to join our team located in Saint Louis.
You’ll design and deliver project-based change management strategies that drive adoption of technology implementation, digital transformation, and process changes across Perficient. You will use stakeholder engagement, communications, learning assets, and adoption metrics to make sure new ways of working stick.

Responsibilities
- Establish AI-first thinking approaches for tool rollouts, including adoption playbooks, resistance mitigation, and ethical/guardrail considerations.
- Lead change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and sponsorship management to prioritize interventions to minimize risks and resistance.
- Develop and execute change management plans for multiple, concurrent enterprise technology and process programs in a hybrid/asynchronous work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business analysts to integrate change management into project plans.
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and operational teams to grow business and process understanding in support of change implementation.
- Facilitate change networks meetings, stand-up meetings, and conduct required follow-up.
- Partner with SMEs and internal communications to create communications plans, leadership messages, and employee-facing assets.
- Design and/or coordinate instructional materials and web-based training, job aids, and enablement content; partner with LMS/content authors as needed.
- Facilitate workshops and leader-coaching sessions to build readiness and accountability.
- Define and report on outcomes through adoption/engagement metrics (e.g., adoption rate, training completion, support volume, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects and priorities with strong written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on change management experience developing and executing change activities for technology/process adoption at enterprise scale.
- 5+ years of project management experience in managing timeline, budgets, cross-functional coordination, ideally in Agile environments.
- Experience with IT systems implementations.
- Prior experience introducing AI tools, change resistance strategies related to AI, and knowledge of ethical/guardrail considerations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.
- Ability to facilitate and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
