Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform sorting, inspection, production support, and data entry tasks
2. Follow detailed work instructions, company policies, and safety protocols
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area
4. Operate inspection, measuring, and testing equipment as needed
5. Proven flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
6. Positive attitude with strong self-motivation
7. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
10. Ability to understand, follow, and enforce company policies and procedures.
11. Support additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs
Job Specifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent workrelated experience preferred
2. Must acquire forklift certification upon hire; prefer 1-3 years prior experience operating a forklift in a high-volume environment
3. Basic reading and math skills, along with computer science
4. Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft products
5. Must be able to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately and provide instructions to other associates as needed
6. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. safely on occasion as required
7. Good hand/eye coordination and motor skills
8. Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer requirements
9. 3+ years in a related field preferred
